The development of new leaders is vital to ensure the future of your Company. The KGVI ("K.G. Six") Officer Cadet Scheme is the very best in Leadership development for Seniors and young officers.

The KGVI Scheme is:
For young men and women aged between 17 and 22 who are part of any section of a BB Company and are recommended by their Captain.
Held for a week in the summer, with the second week (by invitation) a year later.
£80 per week (please verify current costs
when booking).
Training
bursaries are often available from Battalion, or Local Education Authorities
where course fees and/or travel costs may be prohibitive.
Held at National Headquarters & Training Centre, Carronvale House in Larbert.
An excellent option to encourage and develop young people to become leaders and Officers in your Company.
