The President's Badge

The President's Badge is the second - highest award in the Boys' Brigade, and represents the culmination of many years work in the Company Section Award Scheme.  For older Boys joining Company Section, there is scope to "fast-track" through the Award Scheme.  There is also the second option to the Award via the Duke of Edinburgh's Bronze award.

The President's Badge is required for entrance to the Queen's Badge, where candidates typically work for a further 1 - 2 years both at a personal level, and in Service in the Company and the wider Community before, at the Captain's recommendation they attend a Completion Course where their work is assessed.

Note that new regulations will be introduced in the Autumn of 2007.  A summary of the proposals may be found here.
