Keep Fit / Movement & Dance

What is it?
An activity that promotes physical fitness and a positive attitude to health through the use of a balanced programme of movement training based on Rudolph Laban's analysis of movement. It promotes self-confidence through the understanding and practice of movement and safe exercise, and their natural application to daily living. It also encourages creativity in movement.
