Windsurfing
What
is it?
This
is both a fast moving sport and a relaxing pastime using the power of the wind
partly harnessed by a sail, on a mast, connected to a board by a universal
joint, directly controlled by the participant standing on the board to move
across water.
Safety
Message

as with any activity of this sort, it should be accepted that this is a risk
activity, and the best way forward is likely to involve training from a
suitably trained supervisor, club, or commercial watersports centre.
